Organization Settings
This chapter covers organization and user management.
Settings Tab
Settings in the sidebar provides access to the organization's configuration options.
- Visible to Member Managers, System Admins, and Super Admins
- Member Managers see only the Members tab; the General tab requires System Admin
- Click "Save Changes" to save changes on each tab you want to edit
General Settings
- Name: Change the name of your Organization
- Application Owner: Checkbox "This organization can see all data!" - check it if your organization should see all data. Only visible to Super Admins.
Organization features such as "Theme can be edited for this organization" or "API Keys for Users" are no longer set here. Enable them in the Extension Store.
Members
- Invite new members using their email address
- Click on a user to view their account (also see System Administration > User Account)
- Edit, Remove a user, or Change roles of a user
Registration
Auto-assign emails to this org (regex): Specify a regex pattern.
Accounts created by automated provisioning paths (SSO first sign-in, or self-signup on /register if enabled) are attached to the first organization whose regex matches the email. Invitation-based onboarding ignores this field because the invitation carries an explicit organization.
On SSO-gated deployments, a regex that matches no email fails silently. The sign-in redirect completes, but no account is created and no error is shown. Before tightening the regex, verify that at least one admin email still matches. See SSO Setup for details.
API-Keys
- Find and create API Keys for your organization
- Organize API Key expiration or delete them
Theme
Customize the look and feel of Operaide for your organization.
See Theming for detailed documentation.
Translations
Specify custom translations and special phrases for your organization based on your glossary.
