Administration UI

The Administration UI is the central control panel for managing the Operaide platform. It gives administrators a single place to oversee users, applications, AI providers, connections, and platform settings — without requiring direct access to the underlying infrastructure. Everything an administrator needs to operate and configure Operaide day-to-day is accessible from this interface.

Layout

The Administration Console is divided into three main areas:

  • Top Bar — Spans the full width of the screen; contains the Operaide logo on the left, a toggle button to collapse or expand the sidebar, breadcrumb navigation showing your current location in the center, and the user menu icon (profile picture or initials) on the right.
  • Left Sidebar — The main navigation panel; can be collapsed via the top bar toggle to maximize the content area.
  • Content Area — The main working area on the right; displays tables, forms, dashboards, or editors depending on the selected section.

The left sidebar is the main navigation panel. Each entry leads to a dedicated management area:

  • Home — Your dashboard and starting point; shows a welcome overview and quick links to documentation.
  • App Instances — View and manage all deployed, running applications in your organization.
  • Reaktors — Browse all Reaktors available on the platform.
  • Reaktor Instances — View and manage all configured Reaktor instances.
  • Workspaces — Manage all active Operaide Studio sessions; open, monitor, or delete them.
  • Agent DB — Inspect all agent databases, including their IDs, names, and descriptions.
  • Connections — Configure integrations with external systems and manage API credentials.
  • AI Provider — Set up and manage AI model providers, API keys, and usage limits.
  • App-Store — Browse, install, and update pre-built applications from the Operaide app catalog.
  • Documentation — Opens the current Operaide documentation in a new browser tab.
