Release v3.1.8

3.1.8 fixes Reaktors with cross-field input validation, which could not be deployed, and improves a confusing Aktor wiring error.

For Developers

  • Reaktors with cross-field input validation work again: A Reaktor whose input schema validates across several fields at once (for example, a URL required only when the source type is "url") could not be deployed. Its settings, diagram, and deployment defaults failed with an internal error, even though running the Reaktor itself worked, which made the failure look arbitrary. Such Reaktors now deploy and display correctly, with no change needed to the app.
  • A missing Aktor parameter now says which one: Wiring an Aktor with a parameter that is not an Aktor failed with "Not an AktorImpl but a undefined", which named neither the parameter nor the place. The message now names the parameter and its Aktor and lists the likely causes.
